Here is the Tofu lettuce wraps recipe Monica shared in this episode.
Finely chop 200 grams of firm tofu and soaked shiitake mushrooms. Warm 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and some minced garlic and then saute the tofu and mushrooms for a couple minutes.
Add sugar, soy sauce and white pepper to taste. Saute for a couple more minutes and then fill them in the chopped lettuce cups. Add chopped red pepper for garnish. Enjoy!
